The Parish Life Committee, among many things keeps us well fed! These volunteers meet monthly to plan special meals and events to support the ministry of Salem Lutheran. This group sponsors our annual Mother’s Day Dinner, Father’s Day Picnic, supports our concession stand at Elizabethville Yard Sale Days, pot-luck dinners, and sponsors monthly fellowship a few times each year. Parish Life also provides desserts and meal service support for catered funeral luncheons held in our Fellowship Hall. The committee holds fundraisers on occasion and provides purchase and upkeep for existing and new kitchen equipment. Additionally the committee has a member who holds ServSafe certification.
